We advise employers on a variety of topics relating to the conduct of their business including statutory requirements regulating things such as working conditions, liability insurance, PAYE, national insurance and pensions, redundancy, dismissal, equal pay and discrimination. We advise employees in relation to any claims they have against employers and have specialist advice on the rights of employees on the transfer or sale of any business and the employment implications of purchasing a business.

We are able to advise and represent either employers or employees before employment tribunals, particularly in cases relating to redundancy and unfair dismissal and have a dedicated specialist standing by to assist.
