Domestic Conveyancing

We also provide cost effective and affordable Home Information Packs and are fully conversant with e-conveyancing. We guide you through the transaction from the initial stages of preparing a draft contract to the transaction from the initial stages of preparing a draft contract to completing and dealing with any associated mortgage work. We also deal with all the other formalities including Stamp Duty Land Tax, registering your purchase at the Land Registry and taking any other steps needed to complete your title. We provide a complete follow up service with help and advice on any legal aspect of your purchase, sale or remortgage that we dealt with that you later need clarified.
